If your PowerPack Display Conditions are not working as expected, it’s likely due to Elementor’s element caching feature.
When Element Caching is enabled in Elementor, the widget data gets cached, which means any conditional display logic may not update immediately or appear correctly.
Solution: Disable or Adjust Elementor’s Element Cache#
Follow these steps to fix the issue:
- Open your WordPress Dashboard.
- Go to Elementor >> Settings >> Performance.
- On the Performance tab, find the Element Cache option.
- Choose one of the following:
- Disable the cache completely, or
- Set a cache duration (for example, 1 hour, 1 day, or 1 week) to refresh widget data more frequently.
- Click Save Changes to apply your settings.
Refresh your page and recheck the Display Conditions.
